Subscription agreement and billing
Taday is provided as a SaaS subscription purchased by your school or district. Paid tiers are billed directly to the school or organization; under no circumstances are families or students charged any fees. Taday offers a 30-day trial pilot for selected classrooms with no long-term commitment.
User accounts and responsibilities
School administrators control the provisioning and configuration of roles (Administrators, Teachers, Students, and Parents). Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and using Taday solely for school-authorized communications and educational support.
AI-generated drafts and teacher approval
Taday utilizes generative AI to create initial drafts of daily summaries, homework breakdowns, and study materials. However, all AI drafts are suggestions only and must be reviewed, edited if necessary, and approved by a licensed classroom teacher before publishing. The school and its teaching staff retain full editorial control and responsibility for all published digests.
Acceptable use policies
Users agree to use Taday in accordance with their school's code of conduct and all applicable educational laws. Any attempt to scrape the service, reverse-engineer platform components, distribute spam, or publish harassing, abusive, or unlawful content will result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
Service level agreement and availability
While we strive to ensure Taday is available 24/7/365, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance and performed outside of standard school hours. We offer support channels for administrators and teachers via email and dedicated customer portals.
Limitations of liability
Taday is a companion to Google Classroom and does not replace your school's official systems of record for grades, attendance, or transcripts. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or external network availability, and Taday's total liability under any contract is limited to the fees paid by the subscribing school in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the province or state in which the subscribing school is located. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in the school's local jurisdiction, ensuring district legal policies are respected.
